Delete your account
Deleting your kiqr.cloud account removes everything kept about you, at once and for good.
If you can sign in
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Under “Delete your account”, type your email address.
- Choose “Delete my account”.
This works the same whether you sign in with a password or with GitHub, Google or Facebook.
If you can't sign in
- Forgot your password? “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page sends a link to set a new one. Then follow the steps above.
- Lost access to your social login, or to your email? Write to [email protected] from the account's email address if you can, and say which login you used. The account is deleted within 30 days, and you get a confirmation.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address, password hash and social login.
- Every linked KIQR agent and all its sign-in tokens. Each agent is signed out at once.
Nothing else about you is kept: see the privacy policy. Usage pings from KIQR carry no account, so there is nothing of yours in them to delete; turn them off with kiqr telemetry off.
What isn't deleted here
- KIQR on your computer keeps its own data there. Uninstall KIQR or delete its data folder to remove it.
- GitHub, Google or Facebook may still list kiqr.cloud as an app you signed in with. Remove it in that service's settings: GitHub under Settings → Applications → Authorized OAuth Apps, Google under Third-party connections, Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites.
- Abilities you connected to a service (such as Google Analytics) hold their access in your KIQR, not here. Remove the connection in KIQR or in that service's settings.
